When was Nove started?
Nove launched in beta to a select group of stylists in summer 2024. After rapid iteration, we launched broadly at the end of 2024 and have been adding new stylists every week since.
Who is Nove for?
Nove is designed for personal stylists at any stage of their career who want to streamline their workflow and uplevel their business.
Do I need an existing client base?
Nope! Whether you're just starting out or already have a full roster, we're here to support you. We offer a special starter rate for stylists with fewer than 10 clients.
What makes Nove different?
We're deeply committed to listening to user feedback and shipping updates constantly. We respond to every email, host monthly office hours, and build Nove specifically for stylists and what they need.

What does Nove cost?
We offer a two-week free trial - no credit card required. After that, pricing is based on your usage & feature access. We have a starter tier for stylists with fewer than 10 clients. Email us at

Is Nove available internationally?
Yes! Nove is accessible worldwide. We currently support invoices in USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, and AUD. If you need another currency, just let us know.

Does it work for in-person styling?
Absolutely. Our users love using text-to-Nove to deliver virtual follow-ups after in-person sessions. Nove adapts to your process, no matter how you work.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. Nove is designed to be intuitive for both stylists and their clients. We include a personalized onboarding call and respond to every support email directly.
How does text-to-closet work?
When a client's phone number is saved in their profile, they can text photos directly to a Nove number. Those items appear instantly in their closet — no app download needed.
Clients
What do clients see?
Clients get a beautifully branded portal with their closet, outfit lookbook, shopping recommendations, and invoices - all in one place. You can enable a home screen app so it feels like your own branded app on their phone.
Do clients need to download an app?
No download required. Clients access their portal via a web link. They can optionally save it to their home screen for a native app-like experience.

How does commission work?
We've partnered with ShopMy to power commissions on Nove. By connecting your ShopMy account, you earn competitive affiliate rates on all recommended items - consolidating commissions from styling, social, and more in one place.
