Collection of Information

Identifiers. We collect personal information of all Users of the Site upon account creation, which includes Identifiers such as:

• email address;
• password;
• User ID.

Commercial Information. We require you to input:

• Identifiers to subscribe to the newsletter;
• sign up for the Service; and
• customer services information; and
• customer relationship management and marketing information.

Additional personal data may be freely provided by users or their clients.

Web Visits. Nove may additionally collect the following information from visitors to www.nove.style to help us diagnose issues, bugs, and improve the Service:

• IP, Time, Browser type and version, and Operating system

Information Received Directly from You.

• We may collect additional personal information about you in connection with your request for customer service.

Payment Information.

• When you subscribe to a paid membership or process a client invoice, payment information (such as credit card details) is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Nove does not store your full payment card information. All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Communications Data.

• If you use Nove's messaging features, we may collect the content of messages exchanged between users and their clients within the platform for the purpose of providing the service and resolving disputes.

Device and Notification Information.

• If you enable push notifications, we may collect device identifiers and notification preferences to deliver alerts related to your account activity.

Email Receipt Data.

• If you opt in to Nove's closet sync feature, we may access and process email receipt data to automatically import purchase information into your closet. This data is used solely to populate your wardrobe and is not shared with third parties without your consent.

Use of Information

We collect, use, and store your personal information to:

• communicate with you;
• provide technical support;
• facilitate payment processing through our third-party payment processor;
• ensure the security of our services and our Site;
• comply with any procedures, laws, and regulations which apply to us -- this may include where we reasonably consider it is in our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of others to comply, as well as where we are legally required to do so (subject to our making all reasonable efforts, consistent with applicable laws and regulations, to protect our Users' identities and personal information from disclosure to third parties); and
• establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights -- this may include where we reasonably consider it is in our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of others, as well as where we are legally required to do so.

Sharing of Information

We do not share your Personal Information with third parties unless required to fulfill the scope of our business or to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Users may opt in to share limited personal and client data to third parties with whom Nove offers integrations. For the Chrome extension, the use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Payment Processing.

We share payment-related information with Stripe, our third-party payment processor, to facilitate transactions including membership subscriptions and client invoices. Stripe's use of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Team Members.

If you are part of a Team Account, certain account activity and client data may be visible to the Account Owner and other Team Members as part of the platform's team functionality. Account Owners are responsible for ensuring appropriate use of shared data within their teams.

Buy Now, Pay Later.

If you choose to use a Buy Now, Pay Later option (such as Klarna or Afterpay, facilitated via Stripe), your payment information and relevant transaction details may be shared with the applicable BNPL provider to process your payment. Use of your data by BNPL providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Email Sync Integration Partners.

If you opt in to Nove's email receipt sync feature, limited purchase data from your email receipts may be processed by our integration partner, Future Reference, to facilitate closet sync functionality. This data is used solely for the purpose of populating your wardrobe within Nove and is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

Affiliate and Commission Platforms.

Nove integrates with ShopMy to provide affiliate and commission-based product linking. When you interact with affiliate links on the platform, certain usage data may be shared with ShopMy to track commissions and attribution. ShopMy's use of this data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Update to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy based on changes in our business practice or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
